At the time of publication, the Department of Education has not yet issued the circular outlining arrangements for the 2026-2027 school year. In line with the long-established practice between Dunboyne Junior Primary School and Dunboyne Senior Primary School, responsibility for setting the school calendar alternates on an annual basis. As this is Dunboyne Senior Primary School’s year, they will set the calendar for the coming school year.
Parents will be kept informed of any updates once the Department circular is published or if further clarification becomes available.
